The School of Indic Studies of the Institute of Advanced Sciences (INADS), Dartmouth, USA has celebrated the 4th year of ‘Devī-Mahātmyaṁ’ held on the auspicious occasion of Durgā-Ashtmi, i.e, September 30th, 2025. This year the theme of the Symposium was ‘Nav-Durgā : An Embodiment of the Divine Energy’ The objective of this program is to educate ourselves from the manifold features and work of Devi Durga. Devi Durga always reminds us to celebrate our strength, the triumph over negativity, and the nurturing power within us and our spiritual connection with the divine. This year the panelists were - 1. Prof. Sanjay Kumar Jha, Dircctor, Amity School of Liberal Arts and Foreign Languages, Amity University Gurugram, Haryana - Life Lessons Emanating from Nav Durga 4. Dr. Kalika Uttarkar, Faculty & Counsellor, Hindu University of America, Florida, USA - Exploring the Feminine Divinity through the lenses of the Upanishads in the contemporary period. 5. Dr. Vedula Ramalakshmi, Reader, Department of Hindi, Kamala Nehru Women's College Odisha - नव दुर्गा - दिव्य आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का वैभव 6. Dr. Alok Kumar Dwivedi Assistant Professor, KSAS, Lucknow introduced the theme. Dr. Aparna Dhir was the moderator of the program. Mrs. Sri Varshini Turlapati presented Devi-Stuti and Dr. Anita Khurana, Principal, Govt.Girls College, Nasirabad, Ajmer, Rajasthan along with students presented a small Garbha-Presentation.
